Ermenrich NetGeeks NP60 Optical Wire Tracker

The Ermenrich NetGeeks NP60 combines the functionality of a cable tester, cable length tester, and optical multimeter. It is an excellent choice for installing, testing, and operating twisted pair cable networks, including those used in high-speed Internet connections. It is a great tool for household use and in high demand for professionals too.

In the base test mode, the device tests the condition of a cable line. If there is an open circuit, a crossed pair, or a short circuit somewhere, the test will quickly identify it. If necessary, the crystal head of the twisted pair cable can also be QC tested. The PoE test not only measures the voltage, but also identifies the PSE type and midspan/endspan. The Port Flash function enables you to quickly locate the exact port on the network switch or router to which the target cable is connected.

In the optical power meter mode, the tester supports 6 wavelengths and can measure both absolute and relative optical power. The option to set up the reference power level simplifies the measurement procedure. There is also a VFL function, which enables you to locate optical fiber breakage. In the cable length meter mode, it is possible to measure up to 200 meters.

The receiver can operate as a non-contact high voltage meter (NCV function) and is equipped with a flashlight to illuminate dark areas. Both the transmitter and receiver are powered by a rechargeable battery.
