The Levenhuk M500 BASE Digital Camera will allow you to make videos about microworld inhabitants, take photographs of samples and share interesting moments of your research with friends and like-minded people. Levenhuk M500 BASE is an advanced model of this series that allows you to get high-quality photos and video recordings at home. It can be used for teaching or scientific hobbies.
The Levenhuk M500 BASE Digital Camera replaces an eyepiece and transfers the image to any external screen in real time. To connect the camera, a standard USB cable is used (included). The Levenhuk software lets you edit photos and videos you have saved. The camera features four preset video recording modes and one photo mode. The camera is compatible with biological and stereoscopic microscopes with eyepiece tubes of 23.2mm diameter. If your microscope has another eyepiece tube diameter, you can still use this camera by adding an adapter (not included).
The kit includes a CD with special software that allows you to edit previously saved images: zoom them, crop them, change the contrast, and so forth.
To ensure the best possible performance of your new camera, make sure your computer complies with the system requirements specified by the manufacturer. Compatible OS include Mac, Linux, and Windows. A USB 2.0 port is required to establish a connection.
